The Arch Linux ISO installation automatically creates a user in /etc/passwd called “http” for web servers with a home folder of /srv/http. Also there is no guarantee that the Arch ISO you or your VPS provider is using is the same as that of OVH so you might need to adapt the section below on Required Packages to suit your needs.
